We accept bank transfer worldwide and cash on delivery via Econt in Bulgaria. No interest or hidden fees are applied to any transaction.

Yes. We do not store any card details. Payments via bank transfer are made directly to our business account. We will never ask for payment through unofficial channels.

Because our pieces are handmade, fabric availability can sometimes be limited. An enquiry lets you express interest in a piece so we can confirm fabric availability before you commit to anything. No payment is required until we confirm the order with you. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Bulgaria takes 1–3 business days, Europe 5–10 days, and the rest of the world 7–21 days. Free shipping is available on orders over 150€.

Yes. For Bulgarian customers we offer cash on delivery (naложен платеж) via Econt. You can select your preferred Econt office or home address at checkout. Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

We only use handpicked fabrics that pass our quality check. We aim to use natural fibers where possible, however some natural fibers are transparent in which case we use synthetic ones.

For women 165cm and under we recommend our short size. For women taller than that we recommend our long size.

Yes, fully. Every piece we make is modest as defined in Islam — no short cuts, no tight fits, no sheer fabrics. Modesty is not a checkbox for us, it is the foundation of every design decision we make.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us at hello@bgmuslimah.com to start a return.

Once we receive your return we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
