These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bgmuslimah.com and any purchase made through our website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
BGMUSLIMAH is a modest fashion brand based in Bulgaria, selling handmade clothing including abayas, khimars, prayer dresses, and modest sportswear. We ship worldwide.

All our pieces are handmade. As a result, there may be minor variations between items — this is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect. Product photos are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Listing a product does not constitute a binding offer until your order is confirmed by us.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Stock levels shown on the website are updated manually and may not reflect real-time availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative, a credit, or a full refund.
For enquiry-based items (pieces where fabric availability must be confirmed), no payment is taken until we confirm availability with you directly.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

No interest or hidden charges are applied to any transaction. What you see is what you pay.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping is offered on orders over 150€. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated and communicated before payment is finalised.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control.

Some items may be offered on an enquiry basis where fabric availability must first be confirmed. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a purchase. No payment is required until we confirm the order with you directly and you agree to proceed.
If we are unable to fulfil an enquiry due to fabric or stock unavailability, we will inform you promptly and no charge will be made.
All content on this website — including photos, designs, text and branding — belongs to BGMUSLIMAH. You may not reproduce, copy or use any content without written permission.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order — name, address, email and phone number. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services).
By placing an order you consent to us contacting you regarding that order via email or WhatsApp.
If you are based in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (cooling-off period), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right contact us at hello@bgmuslimah.com.
This does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
