Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over 150€ — Free worldwide shipping
• Orders under 150€ — Shipping cost calculated and confirmed before payment
• Bulgaria (Econt Cash on Delivery) — Standard Econt rates apply

We will always confirm the final shipping cost with you before taking any payment.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your BGMUSLIMAH piece. If you are not completely satisfied:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty

To start a return email us at hello@bgmuslimah.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

EU Customers — 14 Day Right of Return

If you are based in the EU you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Contact us at hello@bgmuslimah.com to exercise this right.
